45th ICBDSR Annual Meeting

The 45th  ICBDSR Annual Meeting will be held in Prague, Czech Republic,  from September 30 to October 3, 2018.

Please find attached a registration form that will help us organize logistics and social events.  Please, send this registration form back to centre@icbdsr.org  by August 31, 2018.  We have also attached a preliminary program of the meeting.

The Call for Abstracts is also attached. Deadline for abstracts submission is May 30, 2018. Please send abstracts to centre@icbdsr.org

Hotel Booking:

A block of rooms has been reserved at Hotel Olšanka for the participants of the meeting.

Rooms price (please note the exchange rate may vary slightly):

  • Single 1300,- CZK/night (around € 52 – US$ 63.00)
  • Double 1600,- CZK/night (around € 63 – US$ 78.00)

Business breakfast  is included in the room price.

Reservations should be completed by email to rezervace@hotelolsanka.cz  mentioning the “ICBDSR” password. No cancellation fee will be charged in the event of cancellation of these reservation. Prague is one of the most desired tourist destinations in Europe, so the early reservation is crucial. Please book by May 30th 2018.

Registration fee:

Full meeting (3 days from Mon to Wed): €160.00 – US$ 200.00

Registration fee includes the meeting syllabus, lunches and coffee-breaks from Monday Oct 1st  to  Wednesday Oct 3rd , and dinner at Hotel Olšanka on Monday night, Oct 1st.

 

Social events:

  • Sunday September 30th: ICBDSR Welcome cocktail at Hotel Olšanka (h 7:00pm). Open to ICBDSR members, abstract presenters, registered participants, invited speakers, and accompanying persons
  • Monday, October 1st: Dinner at Hotel Olšanka (included in registration fee)
  • Tuesday, October 2nd: Small Prague tour (h. 6:00pm) ending in City Centre, and organized dinner in the City Centre (optional, personal pay – cost estimation will be provided at a later time)
  • Thursday, October 4th: Tour at Kutná Hora,  historical mining city (optional, personal pay – cost estimation will be provided at a later time)
